How to Return an Order

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@nurturedbotanicalfragance.co.uk.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and clean.

Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the items and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
