Nurtured Botanical Fragrance is a UK-based sole trader business.

We sell botanical fragrance products, including:

  • Rollerball perfumes
  • Essential oil blends
  • Other fragrance products

All products are physical goods only.

By purchasing from us, you confirm you are of sufficient legal age to use our products safely.

We recommend purchase by 18+.

4. Account creation

Customers can create accounts to:

  • Track orders
  • Save addresses
  • Receive updates

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Keep your login details secure and confidential
  • Notify us of any account misuse

We may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms
  • Delete accounts on request in line with UK data protection law

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated.
  • Payments are processed securely via: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay.
  • We do not store your card or full payment details.

6. Orders

  • Orders are accepted once we send a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if there are:
    • Stock errors
    • Pricing mistakes
    • Suspicion of misuse or fraud

  • Order confirmations do not constitute acceptance of an order until we process it.

7. Shipping

  • We currently ship to the UK only.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery where legally required.
  • Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with UK Consumer Rights law.
  • To return an item, contact us at info@nurturedbotanicalfragrance.co.uk with your order details.

9. Allergies & Product Use

  • Our products are for fragrance purposes only.
  • We recommend a patch test before full use.
  • We are not liable for adverse reactions when products are used as intended.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Nurtured Botanical Fragrance.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Nurtured Botanical Fragrance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
  • Our liability for faulty products is limited to replacement or refund as described in section 8.

  • By creating an account or opting in, you consent to receive marketing emails via Shopify Email.

These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.

Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
